Pasta

1/3 c soy flour
1/2 c water
3 eggs
1 tablespoon oil

Put all igredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Use a crepe pan or a 5-6 inch skillet. Cover bottom of pan lightly with a small amount of oil. When pan is hot enough to sizzle a drop of water, pour about 3 tablespoons of crepe mixture into pan. Tilt pan to distribute mixture into pan. Crepes should be thin. Lightly brown on both sides(about1 minute on each side). Place on wax paper until all crepes are finished. The crepes are ver delicate, so handle carefully. If you have trouble the first time, try again. Oil pan if necessary. They can be made a day ahead and stored in fridge separated by wax paper. Total grams 10.8 grams per serving 0.9, makes 12 crepes.

Pizza Crust Recipe

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
1/2 cup soy flour (17 g)
1 egg (1 g)
2 tbsp whipping cream (1 g)
1 tsp water
dash basil, salt, other spices if you want

Mix this mess up with a fork, it's really sticky and gross, kind of stinks too. It doesn't have to be fully blended. Put it in a greased pie pan and sort of let it spread out. The more you encourage it to spread the thinner it will be and will maybe be large enough for more than one serving. Bake for 8-12 minutes, depending on how far you spread it out. Until it is done but not burnt. Put your toppings on it and bake another 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Seperate out 1/4 cup flour to use for rolling. Mix the rest. Knead until all the lumps are out. Seperate into 8 evenly sized balls. Roll balls as flat as you can on a lightly floured board. Through them into an ungreased non-stick skillet 1 at a time. Cook on one side until lightly browned. Flop to the other side and do the same.

1/4 cup water

Then roll the egg pancake and sprinkle more sweetener and cinnamon on top.
